FUTURE PERFECT  was founded in 1993 as a specialist provider of sales training and consultancy to companies in the science and technology markets.
Our pre-launch research indicated that many delegates from these market sectors who had attended the widely available "all comers welcome" sales training courses  felt that many of the techniques and solutions discussed were simply not suitable for their businesses and customers.
Our philosophy is already well known.  "People buy People."  You can have the best product at an attractive price, but if your customers do not like the way you sell to them, they will purchase from somebody else and the opportunity will be missed.  All of our Programmes examine the skills and techniques required to be the supplier who the customer most wants to do business with.
As we have grown and developed, we have taken our philosophy into the markets of medicine, healthcare and engineering, and we have added further programmes for managers, service engineers, project managers, and in-house teams, as well as a portfolio of general business skills sessions.
Our continuing field-based research indicates that decision makers who are purchasing your type of products and services want to form mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with preferred suppliers who understand their problems, needs, and future plans. We exist quite simply to prepare managers, sales, and support teams to form these relationships and to enjoy the commercial benefits which they deliver.
Our policy is to form the same close relationships with our own clients so that even when they have no training requirement, they can still benefit from our research and market awareness.
We use tutors and consultants who are experienced salespeople and managers in their own businesses so that their knowledge of your issues is bang up to date.
Our Programmes are informal, highly interactive, and market specific.  Our practical exercises and examples are based on the experiences of our tutors and are so relevant and topical that we have been accused of stalking some delegates and even witchcraft!
The minimum delegate number for our Open Programmes is two, with a general maximum of eight.  This ensures that every delegate gets a real chance to participate and to satisfy their objectives.  However, by working in partnership with our associates and clients, we are still able to deliver these intimate sessions at highly competitive rates.
We also protect your investment in performance improvement by following up our delegates at three, six and twelve months after their Programme to ask them to re-visit commitments which they made at the session and to evaluate their success.  Many of our clients have found these reminders to be useful during staff appraisals because the objectives are set by the delegates themselves.
